We’ll walk you through all the processes leading to a great Italian sourdough bread:
- starting and feeding the mother yeast
- mixing, kneading and resting the dough
- baking your bread
You’ll leave with a full set of starter, dough and freshly baked bread.
The class is fully hands-on and spaces are strictly limited.
For a prompt 7pm start, we we kindly ask you to arrive at 6:45pm. We'll greet you with a glass of Prosecco on arrival.
