The basic element for a great pizza is precisely it’s base. Join us for a class focused on the secret for a great pizza. It’s all in the dough!!
You’ll learn how to make the dough itself and how to shape it in the best way.
We’ll then cook some massa previously prepared by our pizza master for a final moment of indulgence.
There will be a Pizzaiolo challenge. The class’ best dough master will win a bottle of organic wine!
The class is fully hands-on and spaces are strictly limited.
For a prompt 7pm start, we we kindly ask you to arrive at 6:45pm.
