Filled pasta (think ravioli or tortellini) are great jewels of aroma and craft. Flavour-packed containers that take much labour to make and then explode in your mouth.
In this workshop you’ll learn the intricacy (and fun) of making what are arguably some of the most delicious and beautiful of pastas! You’ll leave with a new skill and a pack load of your own-made delicacies to taste at home and impress your family and friends.
There will be a class challenge: the workshop’s best pasta maker will win a bottle of organic wine!
The class is fully hands-on and spaces are strictly limited.
