While most fresh pasta counts eggs as one of its ingredients, it is possible to make delicious versions using just water, flour, salt and other seasoning ingredients.
And you can make yours at home! Come and learn how. You’ll leave with a fresh batch that you can taste at home after the class.
There will be a class challenge: the workshop’s best pasta maker will win a bottle of organic wine!
The class is fully hands-on and spaces are strictly limited.
